Amavel Paris Beauty Body Wash is enriched with  Aloe Vera & Argan Oil and contains natural vitamin E from Sunflower and an enticing fruity scent from Cherry Blossom. It nourishes and cleanses the body with care and prevents skin aging.

Review: I love using this body wash, smells and feels so good! I have super sensitive skin but upon using this, I noticed that my skin looks better. no more redness and feels so smooth. I just wished that it'll be available in easy pump bottles soon.

Amavel Paris Beauty Face Wash got Argan Oil + Sunflower + Rose Extracts,  a powerful combination of ingredients that maintains the skin balance and promotes skin regeneration.

Review: I love this too, too bad that it comes in a smaller tube tho its super ideal as travel size. But works super well on me. No breakouts for a month or two and my skin feels super smooth and soft.

Amavel Paris Beauty Serum with Almond Oil, Aloe Vera, and Antileukine, an original marine active ingredient with anti-inflammatory properties. Feels so light in texture, perfect for everyday use that nourishes and promotes skin regeneration.

Review: My super fave among these sets! I super love this product! Comes in a handy pump bottle, easy to apply, and smells so nice! 

Amavel Paris Beauty Oil with Jojoba, VITAMIN E, and Promotes Collagen. Grapeseed as a powerful antioxidant. Sesame as skin protection from harmful UV lights In a non-sticky, lightly scented formula that nourishes the skin and strengthens the hair and nails.

Review: Honestly I'm not a fan of body oils, because I don't like the icky-greasy feeling. But this one feels super light! I only apply it to my super dry skin and also onto my hair.

To sum it up: Amavel Paris is one of the best sets of products that I was able to try. These sets are super amazing, smells so good, and it's super good on my skin. DaddyO even noticed that my skin is getting better too, plus I smell super nice! Also, love it much that it is certified organic! Go ahead and try it for yourself! If you love floral scents, gentle on skin is and organic stuff, this is definitely it!

1st ko si Third Movie / Third is my First on Netflix

I recently watched the movie 1st ko si Third on Netflix. I thought fun-fun lang na movie ito like kilig here and there. The movie seemed to be focusing on Cory's life being at home after retirement with his husband Alejandro (Dante Rivero), and reminiscing the thought of her first love / the one that got away peg nicknamed (Third) "III" (Freddie Webb)

Cute-cute lang yung scene and medyo relatable sya for me lalo na that I grew up with my Nanay and Tatay. and also, when Pappi was still here, may mga ganaps na ganun din sya towards Mudrabells.

Isang araw, nakita ni Cory si Third, and from afar tinanaw nya lang slight. And carry on with her day. But later on, Cory learned about Facebook and created her own account with the help of her apo. Alam nyo na what's next. She sent a friend request kay Third! Yas and Third accepted it naman! Chat-Chat sila after... Ang harot ng lola mo! Minus 10 Points!

But when she was invited for a reunion with high school classmates, she declined. In fairness kay Cory, very good sya dun making iwas kay Third. So, Cory may 10 Points ka jan! Na-redeem and sarili.

Back story: they were about to be on their first date and to attend their prom. Kaso something happened at di na natuloy, after that, never na sila nag kita ata ulit ever. And III went to the states na. But now that III is back, nalilito na ba sya? And with these lines from her beshie Maria, good luck if di ka ma'torn. 


Maria: "Sa punto ng buhay natin, mas masarap yung binabalikan yung nakaraan lalo na kung nagbibigay ito ng kaligayahan kahit sandali lang" 

Let's jump to a different scene, yung time na tinanong sya ni Maria about her feelings towards Alejandro...

"Kung minsan nagsasama and mga tao dahil mahal nila ang isat isa. Kung minsan naman nagsasama sila dahil wala na lang silang mapiling iba at dumarating ang panahon na nagsasama sila ng maayos para sa isat isa" Cory


But Maria is being a good friend na banda here:

"Ang pagmamahal sa isang tao at pagaalaga din sa halaman kailangan araw araw diniligan mo, inaalagaan, araw araw naghahanap ka ng dahilan ng paraan para maramdaman mong nagmamahal ka pa rin at minahamahal mo ang taong napili mong makasamasa buhay. pero hindi mo dapat ibuhos ang kahat kailngan may itira ka din para sa sarili mo, mahalaga yun" Maria

 

Lines with Cory and he Niece.

Cory: Paulit ulit ka ng niloloko, Paulit ulit mo namang tinatanggap? Niece: "Mahal ko si Randy, ganun talaga siguro no, kapag nagpakasal ka sa isang tao, habang buhay mo ng pasang krus"

Hay nako, I've learned na ilang years na din since this movie was shown and they just recently been picked up by Netflix and baka meron pang gaya ko na late bloomer sa mga ganitong theme so stop na muna sa other details and magfocus na tayo on Why I think Alejandro is the Best Man for Cory.

Bagot na si Cory staying home, but Alejandro seems to calm her down naman saying: Ganun lang talaga sa umpisa... ito ang buhay nating talaga ang tumada tayong magkasaba dito sa bahay...

Hindi ba't nangako tayo sa isa't isa nung ikinasal tayo, na magsasama tayo hanggang kamatayan?

At dahil jan 100 Points!!! Ako kinilig pero parang di feel si Cory ang lines ni Alejandro dito. Ang sad!

Sa scene na irita much na si Cory: "Pakiramdam ko wlaa akong silbi...pakiramdam ko nakakulong ako dito sa bahay. Alejandro said "Pinaparamdam ko ba sa iyo yun? and I was like ...Awwwwwww!

A scene with Ton where Alejandro is fixing their Car: "Alam mo Ton, ang isang bagay na kaya mo pang ayusin, kaya mo pang sagipin. Tiyaga lang yan"

So nagpamake-over ang Lola Cory nyo and nagulat si Lolo Alejandro... so bago pa maimbyerna si Lola Cory... 

Alejandro: Coring, kahit na ano pang ayos ng buhok mo, ikaw pa din pinakamagandang babae sa buhay ko.

Alejandro finally fixes their car and went for a ride with Cory. Yes, agad-agad and super excited because Cory wants to learn to drive too :) Inalala din ang first date nila and other moments. plus planning on things they'll do in the future.

Cory: Andong ang saya ko, ang saya ng adventure natin. Andong: "Mabuti naman at nag-enjoy ka. Yun naman talaga ang gusto ko eh, gusto ko lagi kang masaya. kaya Cory, kung may iba pang bagay na makakapagpasaya sayo, gawin mo na. Dahil hindi naman kasi lahat ng bagay na makapagpapaligaya sayo ay kaya ko pang ibigay"

Oh dibaaaa? ang haba ng hair ni Cory! Now let's make tanaw naman  about Third.

Third seems like palabiro but his jokes are not so mabenta to Cory, Very charming sa paharana (wayback) and so thoughtful din sya sa pa-chocolates on the present day. For me, parang medyo touchy and a hint of something else si III. Here are some lines sa kanilang pagkikita.

1st ko si Third Movie | Third & Cory

Third: "When things don't work out, you might as well separate. You have to move on" that's what he said after saying he's divorced for years. He also invited Cory to visit him sa states saying: Why don't you go visit the states, pasyal kita, I'm gonna take care of you. Cory: Hindi naman ganun kadali... Third answered: I said I will take care of you, Don't worry.  

IDK if it's just me pero di ko bet parang na awkward na ewan. And I don't know if yun din ba ang nafeel ni Cory that made her burn all her letters and magCry-la ng bongga sa car.

In my own interpretation: I think Cory finally saw the difference between Alejandro and Third or Not. I have to rewatch it 3times, to listen carefully and observe signs and hints lalo na yung mga eksenang walang dialogue involve. Seems like masyadong nainlove or stuck sa idea of being in love lalo na the first love thought. Also, highschool pa sya when she experienced that someone cared for her the way Third. And maybe na-romanticized na as if no one else comes close. Kaya kahit Alejandro is there di nya nakikita ang efforts at gestures nito.

Alejandro naman is very good regarding attention to detail. Tanda nya how their first date went. And mga bet na gawin ni Cory like learning how to drive, visit different churches, and go to Palawan.

This final scene, nung una di ko ma-gets, I messaged my friends who's in to movies like this and ask for what they can say about it. Na-puzzled ako much kasi nga bitin sa lines and being a taurean who overthinks, kung ano anong possibilities na alng naisip ko. But after rewatching nga for the third time, I think this scene says that Cory is choosing Alejandro. (aside sa pag burn nya ng letters) And she sat closer to her husband unlike sa first scene ng movie.  OMG halata bang super nagustuhan ko this movie at na pablog post ako ng di oras :D Panoodin nyo din please and let me know what you think about it. Oh dibaaaa? ang haba ng hair ni Cory! Now let's make tanaw naman  about Third.

Third seems like palabiro but his jokes are not so mabenta to Cory, Very charming sa paharana (wayback) and so thoughtful din sya sa pa-chocolates on the present day. For me, parang medyo touchy and a hint of something else si III. Here are some lines sa kanilang pagkikita.

1st ko si Third Movie | Third & Cory

Third: "When things don't work out, you might as well separate. You have to move on" that's what he said after saying he's divorced for years. He also invited Cory to visit him sa states saying: Why don't you go visit the states, pasyal kita, I'm gonna take care of you. Cory: Hindi naman ganun kadali... Third answered: I said I will take care of you, Don't worry.  

IDK if it's just me pero di ko bet parang na awkward na ewan. And I don't know if yun din ba ang nafeel ni Cory that made her burn all her letters and magCry-la ng bongga sa car.

In my own interpretation: I think Cory finally saw the difference between Alejandro and Third or Not. I have to rewatch it 3times, to listen carefully and observe signs and hints lalo na yung mga eksenang walang dialogue involve. Seems like masyadong nainlove or stuck sa idea of being in love lalo na the first love thought. Also, highschool pa sya when she experienced that someone cared for her the way Third. And maybe na-romanticized na as if no one else comes close. Kaya kahit Alejandro is there di nya nakikita ang efforts at gestures nito.

Alejandro naman is very good regarding attention to detail. Tanda nya how their first date went. And mga bet na gawin ni Cory like learning how to drive, visit different churches, and go to Palawan.

This final scene, nung una di ko ma-gets, I messaged my friends who's in to movies like this and ask for what they can say about it. Na-puzzled ako much kasi nga bitin sa lines and being a taurean who overthinks, kung ano anong possibilities na alng naisip ko. But after rewatching nga for the third time, I think this scene says that Cory is choosing Alejandro. (aside sa pag burn nya ng letters) And she sat closer to her husband unlike sa first scene ng movie.  OMG halata bang super nagustuhan ko this movie at na pablog post ako ng di oras :D Panoodin nyo din please and let me know what you think about it. Can your hot cup of coffee make you Vibrantly Beautiful and Well? 

This coffee can!


Let me tell you a little secret. I love coffee. May it be brewed, instant, 3 in1, at kahit ilang keme in 1 pa yan! I love it! I think my blood type is coffee na nga, charot! Coffee wakes me up in the mornings and is there to keep me up at night most especially if madaming projects and deadlines na dapat tapusin.

But drinking coffee made my heart beat faster and turned me into the nerbyosa I am today. That's why I kinda skip or lessen my coffee drinking sesh for quite some time.  And since then, I felt incomplete.

Until one day, a good friend of mine told me to try this product by Vibrant Wellness. It's the newest coffee in the market and it's called Vibrant Coffee. It's an 11 in 1  Herbal Blend Coffee Drink Mix. Upon learning about the 11 in 1 Coffee drink mix I was like, seryoso ba toh? Kinabog and 5 in 1? But my little friend is raving so much about it and swears by it talaga!  So, bilang nag da-diet ako sa kape, eh di triggered ako. 


And because I believe in the saying "Ang taong naniniwala sa sabi-sabi ay... chismosa," siempre di ako naniwala agad-agad. I shouted Sampol-Sampol-Sampol!!! And knowing this kind-hearted beshie, she sent me samples for me to try. and it's a trap! Read more to know why - Charot!


My Initial Review: The Vibrant Coffee comes in a cutesy white box with pretty neat fonts and layout. Contains 7 foil packets of the coffee drink mix. I told my self, Ay bakit 7 lang? And then maybe it's just meant for a week's consumption? But di yan u-obra for me, my usual coffee intake is at least 2 cups per day :D So back on my initial review, the foil packets don't have much details on it, though I wished meron, kasi for a mommy like me with kids na kinukuha lahat ng boxes to play with, baka mahalo sa ibang bagay.


So this is it... Timpalahan portion: Eng sherep nga mga besh and momsh! Yung lasa? creamiliciously smooth and yummy. And actually, It was love at first sip. I messaged my friend right away, confirming na masarap nga! My hubby, DaddyO heard me squirmed and asked what was it about. Sabi ko wala naman, it's just that masarap yung coffee na pinadala ni madam! So he asked if he can take a sip and I gave him the remaining contents of my cup. I forgot to ask if he agrees with me and move on with my task that day.


The next day, I tried it again. Masarap pa din. Minsan kasi iba ung lasa na first try mo, but this time ok pa din for me. And I gave daddyO a cup too. But later on, I noticed, kakatimpla ko pa lang ng kape,  nalingat lang ako half na agad! Then, lingat uli, wala na.?! Akala ko it's my memory gap playing with me but it's not. It's daddyO making salisi with my coffee! (Please take note na di sya mahilig sa kape mga besh!) So, nainis ako kasi pinapalamig ko sya slight para di ako mapaso, tas makikita mo wala na? At nangyayare sya sa umaga so imagine my stress. JK

After a week of trying the Vibrant Coffee, actually feeling ko mas happy ako, kasi nga masarap sya. And my skin looks better. See pics and video for comparison:

I got comments sayings ang ganda ni momsh, ang pretty, ang fresh... malapit na ako maniwala besh! 


Pero seriously, napansin ko nga that my skin is much better. Wala masyadong pimples and breakouts. At naging supple pa my skin. This is an effect you can get with products having collagen. I tried other collagen keme's before and may isa common akong napapansin or should I say nalalasahan. Ito ay ang meron fishy odor or taste. Minsan very light and bearable, pero minsan di ko keri talaga. That's why binasa ko uli if may collagen ba talaga kasi wala akong nalasahang fishy'ness.

Also, I've noticed na less palpitation ako this coffee mix. Normally kasi pag naka 3 cups na ako ayan na my heart. But this time walang ganun, and hindi ako nahihirapang matulog kahit uminom ako before bedtime.

Wanna hear a funny story? I stop drinking Vibrant Coffee after 2 weeks. Simply because napansin kong mas malakas ng magkape si DaddyO. So, tinago ko sa safe place all my Vibrant Coffee stash. Heed "The Call of Wild" in SM Cinemas Near You!

Buck is the Bida-Doggie in the Movie The Call of The Wild. Buck is such an adorable doggo, and that will give you an emotional roller coaster ride, so he needed to be completely believable in all circumstances. And to make this happen, Stoff and Sanders early on hired the Acclaimed Visual Effects Producer Ryan Stafford, also an Executive Producer on the film, and visual effects supervisor Erik Nash, a three-time Academy Award Nominee. 


Wait, I thought Buck was a real dog?!


The Call of The Wild is Initially planned as a mostly CGI-driven movie. For me, it's a good thing that the filmmakers decided to make it more of a hybrid approach incorporating more actual photography to blend with digitally-created dogs and other animals. This new approach would require the film’s lead character to be much more authentic.

Creating Buck


For the scenes involving Buck, instead of just using a marker--usually a tennis ball--they put a real person there who they would film and later replace with animation. 

Terry Notary, who began as a Cirque de Soleil performer and has become one of the premier motion specialists and movement choreographers in the movie industry, spent hours and hours studying dogs and learning their mannerisms, practicing their mannerism and movement.

Producer Stoff was not at all convinced that this would work. “It was an odd idea, and I didn’t know how the cast would react to it, because you’ve got a grown man who is on all fours, in a funny grey suit with these prosthetic front legs playing a dog. But it turned out to be a genius move because Terry gives such a committed portrayal that it improved every actor’s performance.”

"Meet Buckley" 


Several weeks into shooting, director Sanders’ wife Jessica happened to be perusing PetFinder and ran across a dog listed as a St. Bernard/Shephard mix. Not only was this the exact mix described by London, but the dog’s name was listed as “Buckley.” The coincidence was too strong not to investigate, and Jess dropped everything and drove to the Emporia, Kansas shelter to meet Buckley. It was love at first sight; Jess paid the $25 adoption fee and made the two days drive back to the movie set. Buckley was an instant hit with the crew, and Erwin suggested that we simply scan Buckley and make him the lead. And that’s exactly what they did.

Buck is only one of a nine-dog sled team traversing the Yukon through snow, sleet, rain or mud. To create the other eight dogs, the production chose to cast real dogs and then scan them. Once scanned, details could be perfected and rigging added. They had a casting call and chose a variety of dogs based on the personalities they wanted for the team.

My Initial Review



 The Call of the Wild is a good movie. I was at the advance screening that was held at SM Cinema, SM Megamall. I think I was able to munch on 2 bags of Snack Time popcorn while watching this with DaddyO. Also, better to watch this movie with the whole family most especially if you really love dogs. I love every part of it and also the twist and turns. This reminded me of my childhood favorite films involving dogs like 8 Below & Iron Will. The Call of the Wild offers something else. It's not that kind of a heavy drama too, and I love how adorable Buck's doggy gestures, and adventures in it. I can definitely say that it's a must-watch movie.

I tried different facial treatments at facial centers and even at home doing some DIY one thing they have in common PAIN. Forgive me for not posting a selfie while trying out this small but powerful stick. My face is not cooperating lately haha and I got tons of blackheads, whiteheads, dark spots and blemishes and pimples, an indication that I'm super stressed about my birthday month, summer vacay plans that have been going on and off as of planning, plus my mommy mode dilemma that school is about to start again soon, So, hello tuition fee and other bills to pay. This is not a rant :P

This little stick really got your Blackheads! I tried applying it all over my face. Yes, all over my face :P Application was super easy and glides smoothly. I like the apricot seeds in it for an extra power to cleanse my face but not harsh on my skin. It also felt like a balm that was once cool, turned warm and cool again. I don't know if it's just me or whatever but I like it. I rubbed it off and washed with water (much better if warm water for the pores to open up more) and just moments after washing my face, it felt super clean and bright. I was able to see some of the whiteheads hanging off a thread pa! as if they were really evicted! And some are super easy to remove as by just wiping it off with a cotton pad and a toner. I tried it again today, I let it sit a bit longer, rubbed it too and washed it with warm water and its so much better.

Value for Money: Not bad for a Php200 purchase and Yes! for a no ouchie feeling when removing blackheads and other skin impurities. Product Quality and Packaging: I say it's super cute and compact that I can apply and store easily.
