Finaly, touch down Ilocos! My Ilocos Escapade was such a memorable experience made possible by Metro Vigan Fiesta Garden Hotel. Even though bad timing ang isang bagyo na sumabay sa trip namen, we managed to enjoy our stay and push through walking around the city even when it's raining. Kudos to our super fun, clingy, and no-arte group and by that, we called ourselves #TeamClingyFriends. In this post I will be featuring the Fiesta Garden Hotel Resorts' Rooms and Spa and other facilities.

Coming right up (on a separate blog post) is the FoodTrip and Ilocos Tour + packages offered by Metro Vigan Fiesta Garden Hotel and Spa. Stay tuned for it's a great  and fun way to explore Ilocos.

Day 1
Breakfast
On our very first day at the Fiesta Garden Hotel, what we had for breakfast was a veggie omellete and yang chow fried rice and a brewed coffee.

Lunch
Poqui-Poqui for lunch with grilled pork belly and egg-drop soup. Poqui-Poqui is an Ilocano native dish made from eggplant and egg. I say, it's like tortang talong the Ilocano kind of way.

What's on my plate?

Dinner
Dinner time came and finally we had a time to chill and get to know more about each other. Most of us came from a different part of the blogger sphere from the Philippines. Except for Cha and Edmar, it was my very first time meeting this bunch and I find it so amusing that we all get so close in an instant then Team Clingy Friends were born. (^.^,)

What's on my plate? : Roast Chicken leg, KBL and Bagnet

Day 2
Breakfast
What's on my plate? : Scrambled eggs and tomatoes, Vigan longanisa and friend rice

Lunch

We had a healhty-hearty meal at the hotel, They serve a upo con misua soup, chicken adobo, Sweet and sour fish fillet  and sauteed mixed veggies. After that, we head on out for a city touring again and dropped by at CJ's Empanada for some Iloco Empanada.

Snackin' at CJ's Empanadahan

There are 2 types of Empanada within Vigan. Noticed some Empanada in Orange crust? That one already was visible in Metro Manila and I tried it before and I liked it. But during our trip here in Ilocos, there are 2 types pala. The difference is not just between its color but also .... (find it out on my food trip post :P )

Dinner with Cream Puff

Day 3 is for Laoag-Pagudpud Exploration Day and It's a funfilled day of adventure and sight seeing! We hit the road as early as 5:30 bound for Pagudpud. We had our lunch packed bt Team MetroVigan Fiesta Garden Hotel headed by Ms Kim and friends. (More details on my my next post about the Ilocos Tour Package)

Then we had our sumptuos lunch at La Preciosa.

Dinner
After a tiring yet super worth it day. Dinner is served at the Hotel. What's we had was Pinakbet, Grilled Pork belly, Fried Fish and my instant Ilocano fave, the KBL wat's KBL? find out on my next post (^.^,)

Day 4 is our go as you please time :P We decided to take another adventure at Pinsal falls and City touring for the 3rd time :P Oh how I love Vigan na!

After our pa-falls adventure and side trips, Dinner dig in! On our table we had Pork Sisig, Pinakbet and Sinaglaw.
Then off we go back to Manila.

My Ilocos Trip was soooo exciting, filled with ups and downs, with matching tropical cyclones, yet Metro Vigan Fiesta Garden Hotel and with a lil help from my instant #TeamClingyFriends we had a Great Time!
