I was feelin' a bit guilty for all those broken promises to my kids about making plans for hitting the beach or even waterparks man lang. But having an unpredictable schedule, or travel funds spent into something else or this: there's always, always something that came up which leads me to thinking that the more "planned" the gala is the more it won't push through. kidding aside but admit it, this make sense and sometimes true that unplanned trips pushed through more often than the scheduled ones :P
So for the "bayad-utang" to my broken promises, we book an instant staycation to a hotel near our place. The Best Western Antel Hotel in Makati now known as the A.Venue Hotel. We book our stay through an online booking site that upon my research has the cheapest deal ever. You know me I'm so kuripot and wants the bestest offer my money can get.
Upon checking in, the receptionist told us that we will be staying at the Serenity tower. Best Western Antel Plus / A.Venue Hotel has 3 towers pala.

First Impression: My Kids, they love that hot pink chair that turns into a bed. I think they stayed there most of the time and instantly became their favorite spot. well, of course aside from the kiddie pool ha. Look oh, nagbihis agad. out fits pa lang swimming na swimming na :P As for me, the place looks neat and comfy. I wished for a bigger tv though haha ang KJ ko lang ba at TV lang bet ko?

A.Venue Hotel's Swimming Pool is one of the best pools I saw around metro manila. It's so inviting and huge. One more thing I look forward about staycation is their bed. A big comfy bed with fluffy pillows and fresh cozy blankets for a good night sleep. Relaxation at its finest and Serenity suites delivered it.
