Here are the Winners for the URC's Flourish Pilipinas Bread and Cake Competition.
Young aspiring bakers show off their skills and talents in a baking showdown. These Grade 11 and 12 students came from different schools in Pasig, Makati, and Davao for the URC Flourish Pilipinas Baking Competition that was held last April 11 and 12, 2019 at the Baker John Academy in Quezon City.
The URC 4th Baking Competition has two categories which were Bread and Cake Making. Each category will have Grand Winner and two runners-up.

Sta. Lucia High School received two awards bagging the Champion Trophy for Cake Category and as 2nd-Runner up at Bread Making contest.
Mahayag National School from Davao City also got two awards from the competition.

Aside from the Cash Prizes that were given away to all winners - Champion and Runners-up also received baking equipment.

This 179-square meter facility is located in the rising Bridgetown business hub along E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue in Libis, Quezon City.
Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and machines for bread and pastry making. Definitely, a baking haven that will serve as an interactive laboratory and venue for budding bread makers, pastry chefs and culinary enthusiasts supported by URC Flour. A lobby café also serves as a showcase of URC Flour’s renowned bread products under the Baker John brand.
“With the Baker John Academy, we provide a world-class venue for our young Filipino talents in bread and pastry. We aspire to help them discover their potential and harness their talent and skills,” said Naida.

So proud of my daughter Alaura Daele Pabandero for being the champion in the cake category of this competition. She is the fifth of ten siblings and this is really her passion.
