Ang di maniwala... sisikmuraan ko... este sisikmurain pala. I may know how to bake cakes and cupcakes but still I'm not considering myself a pro... most specially na even home-cooked meal ay di ko kaya :( And alam ito ng mama at papa ko :P They always say...
"Ano ba naman Memey,(my nick name when I was a kid)  mag-aral ka mag luto, magmana ka man lang ng konti sa lutuin ko. Pano ka mag-a-asawa? Isosoli ka ng asawa mo pag ganyan ka" -pappi
And I always answer back with...
 "Eh di hahanap ako ng marunong mag luto :P "
And luckily, I did! Thanks Daddy O! Di sya magaling magluto noon pero wag ka, madami na sya alam true the years and yung fried chicken nya ang the best!

So now you know how a not so functioning wife I am :P I'm willing to learn naman. kasi ayokong kataandaan na di ako marunong mag adobo :( Dream dish ko yan. Super galing kasi ni Pappi sa lutuin. sayang lang di ako nakinig sa mga turo nya non. lamon-lang kasi ako ng lamon :P

Super kinakabahan ako. When Chef Ernest ask "Sino dito ang first timers, takot sa apoy and di marunong magluto?... I raised my hand. (feeling ko kasi he will be kind and hahayaan na lang ako sa isang tabi ang manood. BUT NO!!! he asked to me wear the Samsung Apron and stay beside him dahil ako daw ang gagawa ng cordon bleu for demo... OMAYGOLLY!!!

Fast forward after I washed my hand and able to take photos. And freezing the chicken on the Samsung 2door Ref. Cooking time na!

Dream ko din makagawa ng cordon blue, I thought mahirap sya gawin pero super easy lang pala!
Super feeling accomplished ako because of this! My first ever cordon bleu.
