A UNIQUE DINING EXPERIENCE ALA LUTO SA KAWAYAN!
A one of a kind dining experience will make you appreciate a more natural way of life. More likely a back-to-basic provincial lifestyle. Super back to basic actually, kung saan ang pagluto ng rice ay HINDI ginagamitan ng electric rice cooker, hindi kaldero at lalong hindi ang palayok. Kungdi ito ay niluluto sa kawayan!

Will do a separate post about it so kapit lang (^.^,)
It is from the native ways of the Aetas to prepare food this way. Kawayan Kitchen was able to adapt the way our Aeta brothers do it plus turn it into and amazing and unique dining experience.
I had the chance to experience and taste the dishes from Kawayan Kitchen during out stay inside Jest Camp. A pretty inviting feast I say :)
