Health Junkie, launched the health and fitness talk series called TAlKaBOut Fitness. The
first of the series, Sports Nutrition, was held in 100 Miles Café at the Fort Strip, Bonifacio
Global City, Taguig on November 27, 2014.

The Sports Nutrition Talk focused on how runners of all levels -- want-to-be-runners,
beginners, and seasoned runners -- can eat and drink their way to a peak performance.

    My uncle is a seasoned runner... share ko lang hehe lagi siyang active sa mga marathons/triathlons tons ang sinasalihan niyang thons haha... dati kasi mataba siya sobra tapos nung gusto niya ng pumayat... running ang best solution na naisip niya and ayun he started running until he lose weight, become fit, and is now a seasoned runner :D nananalo pa siya ng mga prize at medals!
