About the Contest: Let us celebrate the goodness of fruits and vegetables in 2021! The International Year of Fruits and Vegetables Recipe Contest is all about highlighting the health benefits that come from introducing more fruits and vegetables into our diets, especially the one we grow right here in Philippines.

Submit an original recipe and you could be one of five winners of 10,000 pesos! Your recipe will also be published in our special edition digital cookbook.

Anyone can participate just by submitting one or more of your favorite recipes on this page along with an original photo. - East-West Seed PH

Mechanics:
  1. Feel free to submit as many recipes as you’d like!
  2. Send in your recipes by using the form (1) one recipe per form only
  3. Give your best shot. Attached one high-resolution photo of your dish (1MB or more should be plenty big). 
  4. Make sure to feature one or more vegetables and/or fruits.

  6. Deadline for Submissions: 6 p.m. (GMT+8) on October 22, 2021; late submissions will not be considered.
