Mott's Ale Mocktail
Ingredients: 
1/2 cup Mott's 100% Apple Juice
1/2 cup Gerolsteiner sparkling mineral water
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
3-5 basil leaves

How is it done?
In a saucepan, boil Motts 100%  apple juice with ginger. Then remove from heat and set aside to cool. Strain mixture and remove chopped ginger. Add 1/2 cup of chilled Gerolsteiner sparkling mineral water then add basil leaves. Stir and serve.

Pop Corn Cluster
Ingredients:
5 cups popped popcorn
1 cup Mott's 100% apple juice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dried cranberries

How's it done?
In a saucepan mix Mott's 100% apple juice with honey and bring to boil. Boil for another 4-5minutes until mixture thickens then remove from heat. Pour popcorn and cranberries into the mixture while it is still hot and mix. Coat popcorn and form it into balls using scooper or spoon. Serve in cupcake liners.

Perky Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup blended carrots or 250g carrots, raw
1/2 cup milk
1/8 cup Mott's 100% apple juice
6 tbsp grated cheese
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Apple sauce:
1 cup Mott's 100% apple juice
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup apple, cubed

How it's done?
Preheat pan. Combine carrots, milk, water, sugar and salt. Mix together using a blender or food processor. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and grated cheese. Add the blended carrots. Grease preheated pan with cooking spray. Pour a small amount of batter in the  middle of the pan, cook for about 2 minutes on each sides.

To make the apple sauce, cook apple juice with honey on saucepan until mixture thickens to desired consistency. Add apple ubes and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and viola! your apple sauce is done!
