Back Story...
Salliano’s Restaurant and Bar is a modern and casual dining resto and bar located in (Sto. Niño) Marikina City. Founded by a group of friends who have known and been with each other since First Grade.

Through the years, their friendships remains strong and leveled up being as close as a family together with their spouses and respective families. And you know naman that friends share same likes and interest, lalo na sa sports? food and and even fashion and passion. Also friends do share hmm secrets... can be juicy showbiz ish. But to their wives, these secrets are "Recipe Secrets" hahaha kala nyo ah :P Recipes of each other's specialty dishes that s worth sharing dahil nadevelop nila ng bongga and masarap that eventually led them into a food business. 

Armed with their tried and tested recipes, super friendship bond and lakas ng loob they managed to build Sallianos Empire :P Everything starting from the structures, design and even the smallest detail is indeed a personal touch of the owners. 

Salliano's stand for togetherness and celebrations, still embedding the values of being superfriends and being close family ties. The idea is to bring back the heart and that familiar homey comfort dining feeling.

At first I was like you can never go wrong with Crispy Fried Chicken...
But Salliano's chicken is different. perfectly tasty. hahanap-hanapin mo :)

I enjoyed my Salliano's Food Trip and looking forward to try their other specialty dishes soon. It maybe far from my place but for me, a good food is always worth the "DAYO". Sallianos is a spacious resto bar. Too bad that we arrived a bit dark na ang my camerafone didn't give justice to Salliano's beauty. It can be a perfect event place for any events and di kayo mapapahiya sa food offerings nila.
