As promised, here's my Love Desserts Experience.

Malayo from our place (Manila) From Taft Pedro Gil, We took an FX ride all the way to Pearl Drive Fairview. Good thing alam ni manong driver ang Pearl Drive :) FX fare at 40each. Bumaba kami sa Pearl Drive (with Streets Sign saying Pearl Drive and a gas atation na kulay Green) Sorry yun lang natandaan ko excited kasi ako to see Love Desserts and from where the FX left us, Tanaw agad ang signage ni Love Desserts!

I like the "Window" idea on the wall, So nice! Also is the wall decals "Tree with Birds" The white dainty lamps are lovely! Not seen on my picture they also have mini plant boxes (artificial) in random yet interesting placement. I love looking around tuloy. :)

The place is quite small but cute. Clean and neat too. Love Desserts staff were very alert about the crumbs and spills on the buffet table and cleaning them up asap and also mindful in replenishing the sweet goodies.

Now, here's My Love Desserts Food Review 

First on my list is this Nacho
Not Your Ordinary Nacho
Super thin and crispy! 
Looks like lumpia wrapper but tastes like a super fine textured nacho.

I Love Rainbow Cakes
Specially if it's fluffy and colorful. Loving the color combination so much, and the fluffy white and pink icing is sweet! I like boiled icing than buttercream, kaya this is super hit for me! I even saw one  of their customers ordering a whole rainbow cake for take out. Yes, cakes can be sold by whole too :)

Now I can enjoy my di pahuhuling Chocolate Mousse Cake. Infairnezz, masarap ang chocolate mousse cake nila.

If I were to rate the famous Bakeshop's chocolate mousse it would be  
4.0 for Pulang Laso
3.8 for Blondie
3.5 for Love Desserts 


Brazo de Mercedez and Blueberry Jelly
Favorite ko ang Brazo de Mercedez, But I was skipping it sana. Because I want to save room for desserts na di ko pa nata-try. But my co-blogger insists that I should try it dahil "iba ang lasa" And iba nga!!! Melts in your mouth, not too airy, unlike other leading cake shops I know. A hint taste of caramelly-sugar kaya nagustuhan ko :)

I love blueberries, but this jelly one isn't for me. I love blueberries more on cheesecakes and muffins :D

Milk Tea
This also made my Love Dessert experience worthwhile! Knowing its a buffet, I have this voice in my head "baka matabang? baka walang lasa?" BUT it's NOT! Their Milk Tea tastes good and just right! So for milk tea lovers like me, unahin nyo toh!

 
Crepe Section
 Love Desserts Crepe
You can pick your crepe filling and sauces. I enjoyed my crepe with a generous amount of blueberries and peaches.Wishing may mango din sana :) My son loved their crepes. He ordered a crepe twice. And mind you walang filling ang pinili nya just the bare crepe and chocolate sauce :) I like it thin, but my son like it thick, maybe you can ask Love Desserts staff to make your crepe according to your liking :)

Tuna Sandwich for P95.00
Not included on the buffet, Love Desserts also have ala cart Rice Meal, Sandwich etc. Di pa ata nabusog ang anak ko sa dami ng kinain nya at nag order pa ng sandwich.Wheat bread, fresh lettuce and generous tuna spread with tomato and potato chips sidings. After 4 scoops of Ice Cream, 2crepes, 2petite sweets, 1Iced Tea, 1Milk Tea, and sharing 4-5 cake slices... Finally, nabusog din si Charles.Ako? Super Busog din Mata and Tummy!

Honestly Speaking... 
P199 for dessert and buffet pa ah is kinda cheap. I'm a baker too and I know how much the ingredients cost. So at the back of my mind, I am actually wondering why only P199? What's the catch? or maybe it tastes like "Neighborhood Bakery?" and stuff like that. As I scope around, The pastries "looks" good naman, some are pretty pa nga actually. I've tasted some and it's quite good! Some of their cakes are moist, chocolatey and chewy, Some are fluffy and soft and sweet. I can safely say that Love Desserts is way far from being a Neighborhood Bakery kind of sweets (^.^,) and the P199.00 not only covers the dessert but the drinks too. Their milk tea tastes just right, not too sweet, not super infused with tea, just the right amount of milk and the sinkers? it's up to you kung gaano karami :D Love Desserts Pearl Drive just opened last valentines day, pero dinadagsa at pinipilahan na ng tao. Actually when I was there lahat ng tao na nagtatake ng stairs ay iisa lang ang pinupuntahan, Love Desserts na. How crazy was that? and others are willing to wait pa (knowing na 2hr maximum time per table) I kinda love this idea para ma-accomodate din ang iba. To wrap it up. Love Desserts Buffet for P199.00 is super sulit!

12. It Just opened last feb14 pero super dinadagsa na sya. I arrived 12nn expecting na konti lang tayo dahil lunch time pero I was wrong. blockbuster promise! nahiya nga ako umupo kasi madaming  for waiting. Kaya nag Jolibee muna ako. Pag balik ko, puno pa din. Up to 4pm. ganun sya ka hit (^.^,) Congrats Love Desserts! Keep It Up!

What I didn't  like about Love Desserts?
1. Can only accommodate 20-40pax and 2hours maximum stay per table.
I think 2 hours of eating time is just right. It just broke my heart seeing little kids walk away because of the waiting line. You know kids can't wait for a long time :) But as per Manager Emily, they have plans for expansion soon :)
2. Dessert Table is a bit small kaya parang di kasya i-fit in lahat ng available desserts nila kaya yung iba nasa cake chillers.
3. No Chocolate Fountain :(
4. No in-house Comfort Room :( C.R of Pearl Drive Commercial Center
5. Banawe and Pearl Drive Branches Only. Wishing for Manila or Makati Branch Please :)


My Ratings:
Location: 4/5 for QC Residents, Location is easy to find.
3.5/5 as for me na galing Manila medyo malayo pero worth the "dayo"
Ambiance: 3.5/5 Airconditioned, comfy, relaxing but a bit small
Food: 4/5 Food tastes Good. 
Price: 4/5 P199 for a Dessert Buffet, not bad.
Value for Money:  5/5 Super Sulit!
Experience: 4.5/5 if may Chocolate Fountain Panalo na!

Will I Be Coming Back? YES!!! 
Will I Recommend this to my Family and Friends? Super YES!!!
